My classes revolve around inspiring the soul and encouraging my students to discover deeper parts of themselves through the practice of slowing down and paying attention.

Before yoga, I worked as a make-up artist and hair stylist. The shifts I saw in people when they liked what they saw on the outside was rewarding, but it did not compare to the transformation that was happening when I met them on the mat. I was hooked and I knew I had to share this practice because it was making me a better person.

I work with all ages and all levels with a focus on supporting a healthy mind, body + spirit. You can hire me to work with you privately at your home, in-studio, or online. I’m also available for group classes such as corporate, parties and events and I love to collaborate - events, workshops, retreats, and trainings.

I'm genuinely grateful to all the teachers on my journey so far, most especially my husband and son.

YOGA IS NOT ABOUT SELF-IMPROVEMENT OR MAKING OURSELVES BETTER. IT IS A PROCESS OF DECONSTRUCTING ALL THE BARRIERS WE MAY HAVE ERECTED THAT PREVENT US FROM HAVING AN AUTHENTIC CONNECTION WITH OURSELVES AND THE WORLD.

FROM MY FIRST CLASS, I WAS COMMITTED TO HELPING OTHERS HEAL, TRANSFORM AND TAP INTO THEIR MOST VIBRANT AND AUTHENTIC SELF.

What you practice grows stronger

Yoga is an opportunity to come home to ourselves, reconnect to our center,
accept the flow of life and freely release our attachments to the outcome.
The time on our mat gives us a new perspective -
A chance to see the world with fresh eyes.
A chance to start over.

Through practice, we build awareness and presence.
We begin to love all the aspects of ourselves.
We grow stronger, flexible, balanced -
Mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
