We'll work on posture alignment, modifications and I can help you develop a balanced home practice.
If you are new and intimidated by the public classroom environment, this is a great way to learn the principals and get my undivided attention. I'll help with hands on assists so you know that you are doing poses in a way that is safe and healthy for your body. You'll feel comfortable walking into a public class after a few private sessions.
Personalized instruction is always based on your needs and can be done in the privacy of your own home, in my studio space or online.

VIRTUAL PRIVATE CLASS
I started offering online classes when my students from different countries wanted classes with me. I quickly realized it was also great for my students that travel a lot for business. It's also a smaller investment so if you've always wanted a private class but felt it was out of your budget this might be the perfect option for you.
