Whether you are a beginner looking for a class to break down the basics, an experienced student exploring the inconsistencies in your practice, or you want to discover new or challenging postures, I happily craft classes that meet your personal needs. We'll work on posture alignment, modifications and I can help you develop a balanced home practice.

If you are new and intimidated by the public classroom environment, this is a great way to learn the
principals  and get my undivided attention. I'll help with hands on assists so you know that you are doing poses in a way that is safe and healthy for your body. You'll feel comfortable walking into a public class after a few private sessions. 


Personalized instruction is always based on your needs and can be done in the privacy of your own home, in my studio space or online.

I started offering online classes when my students from different countries wanted classes with me. I quickly realized it was also great for my students that travel a lot for business. It's also a smaller investment so if you've always wanted a private class but felt it was out of your budget this might be the perfect option for you.
