“The easiest thing to be in the world is you. The most difficult thing to be is what other people want you to be. Don’t let them put you in that position.” ― Leo Buscaglia

Are you living in truth and integrity?

Many of us live to make others happy or comfortable. However, when we stop and think about it, all that does is drain our energy, and we end up feeling unsatisfied and unfulfilled.

It amazes me every day how many people I talk to that are not enjoying how they spend the majority of their time. I get it - I've been there, and I vowed I'd never to go back to that. It's one of the reasons I'm passionate about Transformational Life Coaching!

I've helped hundreds of people tap into their desires, connect to their passions, and break down the barriers keeping them from hearing the whispers of their soul. The best part is every person I coach already has within them what it takes to design their life, career, relationships, and more. And you do too!

Get out your journal and ask yourself this:

1. Do I enjoy what I am going to do today?

2. If not, how long has the answer been no?

You could apply this question to many areas of your life!

  • Relationships

  • Career

  • Parenting

  • Free time

Do you feel it's time to make a change?

If you're a YES, that's great. Awareness is powerful, and it's the first step!

You have within you the necessary power and courage to not only follow your heart and intuition but to also create the many things that you desire to live in alignment with your purpose. Our lives are the by-products of the decisions that we make daily.

How to get started:

  • Don't waste your time living someone else's dreams. Your time is precious. There are tools to help you figure out what you want in life. Try doing the 'Ideal Day Exercise.'

  • You already have the answers. Learn to trust your intuition. Read more about discovering your truth and the way it feels to you.

  • Stop living on auto-pilot. Change things up, follow your curiosities, and try something new every day.

  • Meditate. It's one of the best ways to slow down, clear the clutter, and connect to your breath and body so you can begin to connect to your own wisdom. Try this meditation!

  • Commit yourself to start enjoying your life right now. Release and let go of all your attachments to any past struggles. Let go of all your attachments to future outcomes. Trust your inner and outer journey. Try this meditation on Surrendering the Outcome.

  • Lastly, have a clear plan and take small steps every day.

"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma- which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and your intuition. They somehow know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary." ― Steve Jobs
