Today we will be using positive affirmations to support creating space in your life.

 

In order to make room for the new (whether it’s new clothes or new thoughts and ideas), we must release the old and the outworn. This is true for physical items as well as mental ideas. Releasing items in our life can be just as hard as releasing people sometimes. It can be made a lot easier when we allow space for healing and abundance. These Affirmations I will be sharing with you support you in releasing your emotional blocks and limiting beliefs around clutter.

This week will all about how you can clear clutter and create space to powerfully manifest?

 

You must clear away what’s blocking you from manifesting in your conscious mind, your subconscious mind, and your physical environment to be successful.

We tend to think we only need to write it down, visualize, or make a vision board of what we want first. But that’s not all – clearing is one of the most important steps to manifesting.

You need to do a thorough clearing of physical clutter (home, office, car, etc.) as well as your mind clutter (any thoughts or beliefs that don’t serve your well-being).

WHY IS CLUTTER AN ABUNDANCE BLOCK?

 

It has become so clear to me that when I have chaos happening in my outer world that I'll most likely have chaos happening in my inner-world.

But why is it that this disorder blocks us and stands in our way when we want to manifest our dreams and goals successfully?

The Law of Attraction works in such a way that we clearly signal to our subconscious what we want (our goal, our dreams).

We can do this in many different ways, for example, by being vibrational aligned with our goal, or by visualization, and also when we start living as if we have achieved our goal (act as if).

Our Subconscious mind will filter out everything that matches this "new reality" that we create.

If you are right in the flow of manifesting, then it means that your subconscious mind works very efficiently and guides you to your goal. We often perceive this as a sign from the universe or synchronicity.

But what happens when we have a lot of clutter in our lives?

Clutter, of any kind, can feel very overwhelming for the brain. This creates a lot of stimuli for the brain to deal with and will hinder your subconscious mind from doing its job correctly. 

So, one of the most powerful and fastest ways to manifest more abundance into your life is by decluttering and creating space. Get rid of everything in your life that no longer has its value that no longer serves you and, most importantly, that is no longer aligned with your dreams and goals.

CLEARING PHYSICAL CLUTTER

 

The way you organize your outer, physical environment will often reflect (and can even dictate) your inner life.

 

You have to get rid of things you no longer want so that you can make room for things you do want. 

 

Something magical occurs when you make sure that all of the things in your home have their own designated space. Your home or office should be a sanctuary for your soul. It should be a harmonious space that invites you to think clearly, instead of feeling overwhelmed by clutter.

Too much stuff can be a burden, weighing you down and creating negative feelings, such as guilt, stress, frustration, and panic.

It will be harder for your desires to come into a cluttered home. When you start to create space on a regular basis – you’re telling your subconscious and the Universe you’re ready for what you do want in your life. 

You can think of it like this, the more you release things that you no longer use, or that no longer bring you joy (like keeping like clothes you never wear, or relationships that are no longer serving you), the Universe will fill that space with things you do want.

CLEARING MENTAL CLUTTER

 

We’re all energetic beings – everything in the Universe is made up of energy.

When you keep old stuff around, and things that no longer feed your soul or your mind, then you’re building up blocks.

Let's talk about the different forms of mental clutter.

One example of mental clutter is too much worrying. I've heard someone say that worry is a negative prayer. So when you worry, stop and send out a positive intention instead.

Another example is "just in case" thinking. I know I do this with clothing. I'll keep this just in case it fits again one day. Drop that thinking and make room for the Universe to bring you what you do want!

There's also knowledge clutter. This might sound strange, so I'll explain. How many times did you buy another book or program and not start or finish it? Of course, we all want to learn, just be mindful the next time you think you need another program or book to learn more about something.

And finally one of my favorite things to talk about is how limiting beliefs can also clutter your mind. 

Each of us has a variety of different beliefs. These are mostly beliefs planted by our parents or even teachers, and beliefs we have acquired through the years. Thanks to our very own experiences.
 

Unfortunately, they are not always positive, and often these limiting beliefs prevent us from manifesting our dream life. 

 

The problem with our beliefs is that as soon as they are embedded in our subconscious mind, they stay there and not much will change.

Mostly these beliefs are outdated, they may have had an important role when we took them on, but our lives have changed, and we no longer need them. 

 

The first and most crucial step in overcoming your limiting beliefs is awareness. And then you have to prove to yourself that these beliefs are wrong. 

 

To overcome limiting beliefs, you need to identify them first; once you know exactly what beliefs are holding you back, you can work on the removing part.

 WHEN YOU CLEAR YOUR LIFE OF THINGS YOU NO LONGER USE OR NEED, CLEAR OUT RELATIONSHIPS THAT NO LONGER SERVE YOU, THE UNIVERSE LIKES TO FILL THAT SPACE WITH SOMETHING YOU WANT.

Meditation

It’s important to understand that your beliefs and interpretations contribute to what you create in your reality. This is the premise of how the Law of Attraction works. Essentially, like attracts like. First, we’ll clear limiting beliefs, and then we’ll move into a magnetizing your desires.

This week you will dial up your manifestation skills to attract more of the things you WANT into your life and less of the things you don’t want.

 

We hold within us the power to attract, manifest, and create the reality we experience – yes, that means a reality we love, and if we’re not mindful, a reality we wish to escape from.

EMBODYING WHAT YOU WANT TO MANIFEST INTO YOUR LIFE

 

The idea of embodiment means that you’re choosing to take a more active role in creating the life you desire. It works best when done alongside practices like affirmation, visualization, meditation, and intention setting.

 

Instead of simply "putting it out there" and waiting for the Universe to deliver, you play the part and embody wholeheartedly what you want to manifest through your thoughts, words, and actions. 

 

As far as the Universe is concerned, you’re not ready to receive what you’re asking for until you start playing the part.

A great example is when I was ready to manifest a life partner. I showed up every day in my life as if I had the man of my dreams. I practiced this wholeheartedly, raised my vibration, and embodied it like nobody's business until the Universe moved him towards me.

 

I've also done this in my business and when I've moved countries or cities. You can do this in any area of your life!

When we are willing to meet the Universe at the same level we’re expecting to be met, raising our frequency and getting serious about the life we want to manifest will move people, opportunities, and blessings into your life in unexpected ways.

 

Imagine all of the incredible magic you can create in your life when you start embodying and manifesting like a pro!

MAGNETIZING YOUR DESIRES

 

This is the process of turning yourself into an energetic magnet, so you can attract things to you with speed, ease and confidence.

 

You work with energy and magnetism all the time, though usually not consciously. You can learn to consciously work with energy and magnetism to amplify your thoughts' power and create what you are picturing. A few moments of energy work, combined with magnetism and done with a sense of clarity about what you want, can produce greater results than hours of hard work. 

You are sending out an energy broadcaster all the time. This broadcast may be attracting or repelling things you want. You can learn to increase your skill at magnetizing and become even more attractive to what you want.

Magnetizing is a process of aligning your energy with what you want to attract, removing any limitations that keep you playing small, as well as eliminating any blocks that are unconsciously repelling the very things you want to attract.

BASIC PRINCIPALS

 

1. Identify what you don’t want. By identifying what you don’t want, you clarify what you do want. The contrast helps you to be sure of what you want.

2. Get clear about what you do want! Turn your 'don't want' list into your 'do want' list! For example, “I want out of debt,” could be changed to “I use my gifts and talents to do work I love and earn more than enough money to take care of my family.” We get what we focus on. If you focus on the debt, you get more debt. If you focus on “talents being rewarded,” you get more of that!

3. Think about why you want something. It is best if you know how what you are asking for will be the appropriate representation for whatever higher quality you want to manifest more often in your life. As you magnetize something, think of the quality you want to expand.

 

For example, why do you want a $200,000 a year income? What would you feel if you had it? What would you be able to have or do that you don’t now have? Would it give you freedom, financial security, or a lot more fun? What gets you excited about having this “want” manifest in your life? 

4. The key to having what you desire is to find a way to feel good about your “want” instead of discouraged because it hasn’t arrived yet. What this means for you is that you must find the feeling place of having what you want, while at the same time avoiding the feeling place of not having it. To help a desire come to you, you need to get excited about having it so you are flowing out as much powerful, high vibrational energy as possible.

5. It's important to clear your beliefs. If you desire to meet your soulmate, become wealthy, or be in tip-top shage, and all the beliefs inside of you are in alignment, no problem. However, if any part of you has any old belief that is negative about love, wealth, or health, or holds a belief, on a subconscious level, that there's something wrong about having it, it will be much more difficult to manifest your desire. 

 

6. Allow it to come to you. You are much more likely to be a magnet for your desires when you are detached from the outcome, and you let the universe handle the details of fulfillment

You have a journaling prompt for every day this week. Create time to journal - I find it's great to spark inspiration and take action that's in alignment with your desires. 

Meditation

Take the time to slow down this week and get quiet. You can do this meditation or you can repeat previous meditations. The most important thing is that you meditate. 

​Becoming a vibrational match is necessary to manifest your desires. And taking action is also necessary.

 

This week we're talking about taking action that feels effortless and joyous and brings no stress. There's no forcing things to happen when you're taking inspired action. Action taken out of fear, worry, or doubt always feels forced and stressful. Inspired action always feels easy and effortless. It comes from an internal nudge to do something. 


 

FOLLOW THE BREADCRUMBS

 

Ideas will come to you - like little hunches or hints. They are the kind of thoughts that you'll notice, maybe look at, but sometimes drop.

Your practice this week is to follow these hunches or ideas. It's your path to manifesting your desires. Think of them as breadcrumbs that will lead you where you want to go.

These breadcrumbs can come in any form, from ideas to signs. It's easy to ignore them and fall back on excuses, and when you realize it's the Universe telling you to act - then you can start taking inspired action!

As soon as you ask for what you want, pay attention. The hunches or breadcrumbs are how the Universe speaks to us. It will show us what to do next. Look for ideas and signs that will lead you to your desires. If you have even the slightest inkling that something is connected to the manifestation of your desire, pay attention, and act upon it.

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF AN ACTION IS TRULY INSPIRED?

There’s a huge difference between normal busywork action and boldly inspired action.

  • Inspired action feels good. Ego-based action is based on fear (fear of losing someone, fear of failure, fear of success…).
     

  • Inspired action is comfortable. Ego-based action occurs when you feel impatient.
     

  • Inspired action is fun. Ego-based action is when you want things to happen in a specific way, such as someone sending you a specific text message after a date.
     

  • Inspired action comes to you unexpectedly. Ego-based action arises when trying to figure out how things will happen.
     

  • Inspired action comes from a place of allowing. Ego-based action is based on attachment to the outcome.

HOW TO TAKE INSPIRED ACTION

 

Inspired action comes after you’ve mapped out a desire that you want to manifest, you’ve visualized it and felt it, and you’ve gotten excited for it. Inspired action will then start coming in the form of ideas, suggestions, and “coincidences”.

 

The important thing to remember is that inspired action always feels amazing! You’re not just doing things on autopilot; nor are you acting from a place of fear. You’ll feel elevated and energized, not confused, bored or depleted. And that’s a pretty amazing way to walk through life!

So I challenge you to try out choosing inspired action over forced action this week and see how much more flow and fun you can add to your life!

INSPIRED ACTION IS GETTING INSPIRED FIRST AND TAKING ACTION FROM A PLACE OF ALIGNMENT.

Meditation

Meditation is a great tool to quite the mind and gets into the receiving mode. Find a place to relax each day and reach for better feeling thoughts. You can also do this any time of the day to shift your emotions and mood.

If you’re not receiving what you want, it’s because you’re out of alignment with your own request. This means: Allowing is being IN alignment with what you want.. 

 

Your habit of resistant thought is the only thing that ever keeps you from allowing the thing you desire.


 

THE ART OF ALLOWING

 

The "art of allowing" with the Law of Attraction means being ready to receive the abundance, love, well-being, or anything else you've been trying to attract. 

 

A state of "allowing" is a state of alignment with the essence of the things you've been trying to attract into your life.

Most of us have never learned how to simply allow. Our whole lives we’ve been taught to work harder, fight harder, be better, improve ourselves, change things when we don’t like them, take some kind of action.

While we should do some of those things in some instances, it has become such a habit that we now don't know how to turn it off. 

When you come into alignment by shifting how you feel, the things you are now aligned with can flow easily to you. You are practicing the art of allowing. When you are out of alignment, you are in a state of resistance and nothing good can come to you.

FIVE TIPS TO HELP YOU GET BETTER AT ALLOWING

1. Ask with clarity but not repetition. It’s important to be clear about what you want. But there’s no need to ask over and over and over again. That is a sign you’re not trusting in the Universe and not in receiving mode.

 

2. Be clear about the feeling you’re after. When you think about what you want, why do you want it? What’s the feeling you’re after? Because knowing this will help you line up vibrationally with what you want.

3. Feel that way now. And this is not hard, so don’t make it hard. Your thoughts drive your feelings. If the feeling you’re after is enthusiasm, what thoughts will allow you to feel that today, right now?

4. Allowing comes out of alignment. So feel good. Allowing is not about efforting, trying hard, forcing. Make feeling good a priority because that will put you in receiving mode for what you desire.

5. Practice receiving. We probably all know someone who has a hard time letting anyone do anything for them. This might even be you. You want to get out of controlling and directing and fixing and managing. When you do, you'll move into receiving mode. When you’re in receiving mode, the Universe goes out of its ways to surprise and delight you. So practice receiving!

CLEAR YOUR RESISTANCE

If you haven’t yet manifested what you want, you are likely resisting what the universe has to offer. Doubts, pain, procrastination, frustrations, anxiety, fears, regrets, and resentments are all forms of resistance.

And they are totally normal. When you notice conflict coming up, acknowledge it, and remind yourself to breath and relax. It might sound something like, “I’m frustrated again. I’m resisting again. I get it. All I have to do now is breathe, relax, and let it come.“

When you come into alignment by shifting how you feel, the things you are now aligned with can flow easily to you. You are practicing the art of allowing. When you are out of alignment, you are in a state of resistance and nothing good can come to you.

STEP INTO RECEIVING

It’s all about expecting and believing that what you want is showing up. It’s vibrating as if your wish has been fulfilled. And it’s thinking and feeling and acting as if want you want has already manifested.

WHEN YOU’RE IN RECEIVING MODE, THE UNIVERSE GOES OUT OF ITS WAYS TO SURPRISE AND DELIGHT YOU. SO PRACTICE RECEIVING.
