FLOW

A mindful yoga practice where you'll be encouraged to meet yourself where you're at and weave your breath, focus, and movement into a flow leaving you more aware mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

SLOW FLOW

A slower flow that will get out all the kinks, and leave you feeling grounded and connected. This class is a great practice for those that are newer to yoga, as well as the experienced yogi!

VIRTUAL PRIVATE SESSIONS

If you would like a private yoga or meditation session tailored to suit your needs, you've come to the right place! Whether you are a beginner looking for a class to break down the basics, an experienced student exploring the inconsistencies in your practice, or you want to discover new or challenging postures, I will happily craft classes that meet your personal needs. I can also help you to develop a balanced home practice you can do on your own!

 

In addition to various styles + levels of Vinyasa Flow, I teach Yin Yoga, Restorative, Prenatal, and Kids Yoga. Click the link below, and get in touch so we can talk about it!

THE STEPS

1. Click the SIGN-UP link for the class you want to register for. 

> When you register for the class you will be directed to a page with a Zoom link to the class.

> Our classes will be held on Zoom. If you're new to Zoom - please watch this video and follow the directions.

2. What you'll need:

> Downloaded Zoom app on your phone or computer
> Computer, or phone with a functioning camera and microphone
> A good internet connection
> Yoga mat (optional)
> Any props (optional - yoga, strap, blocks, bolster, towel, or pillow)
> Set your camera up, so your body is visible on the camera

 

3. For the time being, this class is 'pay-what-you-wish.' Please make your donation before the class starts.
