What is Vibrational Frequency?

The Law of Vibration says that in the Universe energy is continuously moving, vibrating, and shifting. If these vibrations are low, they’re slower and if they’re high they’re vibrating faster. Everything in the whole Universe carries a certain frequency. Every word, action and thought has a vibration, which is constantly manifesting.

What Happens When You Raise Your Vibrational Frequency?

Our manifestation power is weak when we have a low vibration, and then we miss opportunities because we're not vibrating at a high enough frequency to attract what we desire into our life. We directly affect our physical world as soon as we step into a raised vibrational place or alignment. At this higher vibration, better opportunities come to us, and we begin to attract our ideal life. We'll find ourselves more supported by the Universe once our energy (or vibration) is in alignment. 

What's Your Frequency Right Now?

Think of yourself as a vibrational transmitter. You’re continuously giving out signals that tell the universe who you are in this moment. Those signals will either invite or repel other vibrational beings, events, and experiences.

 

Listen to the vibrational hum of your being. Still your mind, tune in to your inner being and listen to your very own radio signals. What are you broadcasting at this moment?


​You will either sense that the signals you're sending out and the signals coming in are in sync, or not. When you feel happy, peaceful, and abundant, your environment reflects that. And the same principals apply when you are feeling negative, unhappy, and depressed.

Take Aways:

• Your vibration is in constant contact with the universe.
• You get back what you put out.
• You are co-creating your reality.
• You get to choose where your frequency.

WAYS TO SHIFT YOUR VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY

  • PRACTICE GRATITUDE

    Being grateful for what you already have is an excellent way to attract more good things into your life. Take a few minutes each day to focus on the things in your life that you’re grateful for and write them out in your journal. This might be a list of 10, 50 or even 100 things. The key is to get into the mindset of gratitude because it’s that feeling that will signal to the Universe that you want more of the same. Make sure to write it in the present tense.

  • CREATE A VISION BOARD

    Vision boards (or dream boards) are great because they help us see what’s possible for us. A vision board is a collage of pictures and quotes that give you a visual representation of what you want. Having pictures of what you’re manifesting will raise your vibration because when you look at it, you’re putting your mind in the state where it already has those things. You can easily create one online, or on a poster board, or art journal by collecting images and putting them together in a collage.

  • CONNECT TO NATURE

    Nature is a natural mood elevator and a great way to increase your vibration. When you make the time to walk in nature, work in the garden, meditate under a tree, relax at the beach, or gaze up at the stars, you're rewarded with clarity of mind, a grounded state of being, and an increased vibration. Time in nature will help you to remember the beauty of the natural world and to experience your oneness with all that is. 

  • MAKE A PLAYLIST

    Music can stir your emotions like nothing else can. It can make you cry, and it can make you smile and feel good all over. Whether you are listening to it, playing an instrument, or singing, if it resonates with you in a positive way it is one of the best ways to shift your energy and raise your vibrational frequency. Create a playlist of 10 songs or more that lift your spirits and put you in positive space.

  • AFFIRMATIONS

    Now that you know what you want create affirmations or mantras that you can repeat to yourself that support your desired outcome. This is going to train your mind to seek out opportunities that will bring you the experience you want. What we focus on expands, so the more positive our thoughts are, the easier it will be to attract more positive experiences. Write your affirmations out daily in your journal or put them on post-it notes around your house as reminders.

  • MOVEMENT

    Vibration requires movement, the more you move, the better your vibrations move. So Get Active! Dance! Walk! Run! Stretch! The happier you feel, the more you will draw happy experiences to yourself because you are operating at a different frequency. So get your blood pumping.

  • EAT HIGH VIBE FOODS

    Some foods vibrate at high frequencies, and some lower (broccoli has a high vibration as do blueberries; greasy burgers don't vibrate at all). If you are consuming foods covered in chemicals and pesticides or foods found within plastic packaging, it will leave you vibrating lower. Conversely, consume good quality organic produce, food as nature intended it, and feel the high vibrations flow throughout your body. Most importantly, pay attention to how eating certain foods make your body feel.

  • MEDITATE

    Most of the time our mind is caught up in thoughts, emotions, and memories which can lead us into all sorts of directions. Our thoughts are instantly manifesting, so it's important to bring awareness to them and clean up our thinking. Meditation calms the emotional brain, cuts through the stream of the ego mind chatter and connects you to a state of pure awareness. In this state of connected consciousness, mediation allows you to hold the vibration of peace, wholeness, and happiness.

  • AROMATHERAPY

    Essential oils are super powerful, and when used they can shift your emotions very fast. Diffusing essential oils in a diffuser while working is a great way to raise your energy. Many oils also help release some of the underlying energy blocks that may be holding you back.
