CHOOSE YOUR WORD 2019
Day One . Reflect
WELCOME TO DAY ONE OF THE CHOOSE YOUR WORD MINI E-COURSE!
I am so excited to get started!
Let me explain how this will go. You'll be getting one email each morning for five days (4 more after today!). So create some space in your life to work on the journaling questions that come with each email. You'll get a worksheet each day with powerful questions to help you find clarity and inspiration.
If you haven't joined our online community on Facebook, you can do that now, so you have a space to share ideas and brainstorm all the possibilities!

Remember we are picking ONE WORD. Not 2 or 3. One word is powerful. Don't spread yourself thin by focusing on too many things! If you have a few words in mind I want you to start writing them down on one sheet of paper titled WORD BANK or download your Day One Worksheets - there is a page titled word bank where you can collect your favorites over the next few days. Don't worry by the end of this course you will be sitting pretty with ONE WORD to guide you through next year. It will feel so right you will think it chose you!

Print out your worksheets or grab your journal — either way, spend some time on the following questions:
> What have you accomplished so far in 2018?
> How did it change your life?
> What were the things you wanted to achieve this year, but didn’t.
> What did you let into your life in 2018?
> What did you let go of in 2018?
> What fear held you back in 2018?
> What conclusions did you reach in 2018?
> What is one word that sums up your word for 2018?
Write it all down! Once you've finished, list any words that stand out to you in your word bank. Keep this sheet in a safe place because you will be adding to it every day.
There are no right or wrong answers here. Allow yourself to write from the heart. Right now you're opening up your eyes to where you've been and preparing yourself for all the possibilities to come!
Now put away your work and I'll see you back here tomorrow!
